Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which Rapid Routes (“Rapid Routes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides refunds for delivery, transportation, and related services. By booking a service with Rapid Routes or using our website (the “Site”), you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Payments made to Rapid Routes for delivery and logistics services reserve time, vehicle resources, personnel, and operational capacity. Because our scheduling requires advance allocation of drivers, routes, and equipment, refunds are not automatically granted once a service is booked. Clients who need to cancel or modify a scheduled service must contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate whether accommodations can be made.

Rapid Routes will provide a full refund if a cancellation request is received within a reasonable time frame prior to the scheduled service, as determined by the specific job requirements and the resources allocated. Cancellations made after drivers or equipment have been dispatched, loaded, or otherwise committed to the job may not qualify for a refund. In some cases, Rapid Routes may offer a partial refund or apply a credit toward a future service at our discretion, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation and the expenses already incurred.

If Rapid Routes is unable to complete a scheduled service due to factors within our control, we will issue an appropriate refund or credit. If delays or service interruptions occur due to circumstances outside of our control—including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, mechanical failures, accidents, or operational delays caused by the client—refunds may not be available.

Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate information when booking or coordinating services, including pickup and drop-off addresses, load details, access instructions, and any required permits. Refunds will not be issued for services that cannot be completed due to inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

In situations where a dispute arises, Rapid Routes will review the details of the job, the timing of the cancellation or issue, and any supporting documentation. Decisions regarding refunds, partial refunds, or credits are made at the sole discretion of Rapid Routes and will be communicated directly to the client.

Rapid Routes reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
