Sharena brings more than a decade of experience in operations, customer service, and administrative management to her leadership role at Rapid Routes, drawing from a career built on reliability, accountability, and exceptional problem-solving. Known for her dedication to excellence and her ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments, she ensures the company runs with efficiency, accuracy, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Before launching her delivery and box-truck company, Sharena served as a CSR Fraud Specialist at U.S. Bank, where she supported government and corporate clients and developed a deep understanding of compliance, secure processes, and high-stakes issue resolution. That foundation translates directly into the company’s commitment to trustworthy, dependable service—where every delivery is handled with care, precision, and integrity.
Sharena’s experience also spans key operational and administrative roles, including Office Manager, Recruiter, and Medical Insurance Specialist at Reflection Counseling Group. In these positions, she oversaw day-to-day business operations, managed staff, streamlined billing systems, implemented new policies, and coordinated workflows—all skills that now support the smooth, organized, and professional management of her company’s logistics services.
With a background that includes customer service, inventory management, field data collection, and client support across organizations such as CVS Health, Delta Regional Hospital, Metro PCS, T-Mobile, 2020 Companies, Walmart, and the Department of Commerce, Sharena has built a career centered on accuracy, communication, and operational consistency. These strengths now define the core of Rapid Routes and the dependable delivery solutions it provides.
